WHERE DO WE SHIP?
We ship worldwide! Please refer to the Delivery Cost & Time Table above.
Unfortunately, we cannot currently deliver to PO BOX addresses.
All our deliveries should require a signature upon arrival.
For all International orders, please ensure you write your full address in English at our checkout, otherwise local couriers may refuse your delivery.
For normal processing time, please refer to the Delivery Cost & Time Table above. Please note that during busy, sale and promotional times, we might have small delays.
For pre-order items, processing time will take longer depending on the situation, small delays might occur sometimes.
For personalized items, the lead time will take longer than usual as all items will be shipped together. If you wish to received non-personalized items first, there is an extra shipping charge, and please let us know by email.
We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame as estimated delivery dates are used as a guide only. We will not be held responsible for any delays, missing, lost or stolen packages caused by the couriers. Once the packages are dispatched from our warehouse, we do not have control over them. If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact your courier service directly.
Once your order is on its way, we will send a notification email to you with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track delivery status at the courier official website.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
Please be aware that Designerooms will not be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes that may be applied to your order by customs in the country where delivery is made.
If you refuse to pay the taxes and duties upon delivery, your parcel may be left abandoned or returned to us at your own expense and we are not responsible to refund for this.
Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties applicable in your own country.
We are unable to split the delivery of an order between two addressees. Please place two separate orders online.
Saturdays, Sundays and all public holidays are closed as non-working days.
