Designerooms is happy to accept returns with the following conditions:
1. We currently only accept return/ exchange for the reason of any incorrect or defective items
2. All items must be unused or unworn in new condition in their original packaging.with all garment tags still attached and also with the garment bag (if attached) as these are part of the product.
3. Return/ Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
4. No return/ exchange available for all personalized items, talent made, pre-orders and discounted items.

Under normal circumstances, we will reply within 1-2 days to inform you of our decision. Once we accepted your return request, please ship your items to our warehouse in Hong Kong. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the delivery fee of the return. Once we received your return, please allow 3-4 working days for your return to be processed.
Please be aware that refund can take up to 30 days to appear in your payment account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
